BioI am a stay at home mum to 2 beautiful girls-Megan and Macy and a full time wife/lover/cook/chef/PA/secretary to my husband Edward.
I started this journal in 2003 when we were posted to HK and wanted to keep our family and friends in the loop of our lives in HK. We have since moved back in 2006 and I am terribly addicted to this LJ. But I have made many friends through LJ and they are really special to me.
I have since embarked on a new hobby-baking and cake decorating. I went to Wilton School of Cake Decorating in June 2007 and had a whale of time learning so much. I am a certified Wilton Method Instructor. I conduct private lessons at home.
